The things I value are my dogs, my family, my computer, the internet,
Italian food, mustaches, boots, my glasses, chocolate and my notebook. I
value these ten things because they are things I absolutely cannot live
without.
I can't live without my dogs, because they keep me
company and they always seem to understand me. They run to me when I
cry, comfort me when I'm angry and make me smile when I'm having a bad
day. They became a part of my family the minute I met them at the pet
store.
My family is always there for me and I can always depend on
them. My family is weird and crazy and we always do things together.
We're really close and open with each other. I love to have long
conversations with my parents about recent stuff on the news or topics
that are currently on my mind. I love to spend time with my brother,
just playing video games or watching movies. My family has always been
there for me when no one else has. They've helped me through the hardest
times in my life and I couldn't live without them.
My computer is
sort of like an escape for me as well as the internet. I started
writing when I was young, and since I've gotten my own computer, it's
helped me improve my skills and write more. Writing is my escape from
the stresses in my life and is my way to wind down and express myself.
The
internet helps spread my skills to others. I don't have many online
accounts, but the one that I do have lets me express myself through art
and writing. It gives me a sense of comfort knowing that some people
enjoy reading my work or enjoy my art. The internet is a place for me to
spread my talent but it's also a place for me to relax and just enjoy
the many things on the internet.
I love Italian food. It's my
favorite type of food, and since I'm rather picky, it's almost the only
thing I ever eat and enjoy. I can't live without food in general, but
Italian food is the only type of food I could eat forever and still not
get sick of it. I enjoy eating because I enjoy simple things. Eating is
something I look forward to because it's something I love to do. I've
always loved to watch my dad cook, or even help him, so I grew up loving
food.
I love mustaches. Mustaches are funny and I love the fake
stick on ones. They bring me happiness and a giggle. They're so fun to
draw, so fun to wear. Mustaches have personality and they're humorous to
me. You can express so much with mustaches.
I absolutely love
boots. Any kind of boots. I just love to wear boots. They pretty much
match everything I have in my closet, and when I wear boots I have a
surge of energy and confidence I don't usually have. Plus they make me look taller. And I hate being short.
I can't live without my glasses because I'm literally blind without them. I can't see anything unless it's right in front of my face. I got glasses around my Freshman year and I haven't been able to leave the house without them since. I can't even read the computer screen right in front of me without them on. So they must be permanently glued to my face.
Chocolate is my second favorite food and I have an addiction for it. Chocolate seems to calm me and relaxes me. Chocolate is also just really good and everyone's favorite desert.
I can't live without my notebook, because it's a stress reliever. I draw to express my emotions in a healthy way. I draw to express my views. I draw to express my concerns, my worries and everything else. Drawing is something I do to calm down, for fun, for practice to get better and to just express myself. Drawing makes me feel accomplished and proud of myself when I get it right.
These are the things I can't live without and they reveal my personal story because these things describe me.
These things are me and what are close to my heart.
